Directions
From Exeter, take the A380 signposted to Newton Abbot and Torquay (for approximately 20 miles). At the island and traffic lights at the end of the dual carriageway follow the signs for the A380 Torquay.
Travel (approximately 3 miles) to island by Kerswell Green Garden Centre. Turn right, signposted A380 Ring Road and Paignton. Follow A380 signs at next two islands, then at third island take the A3022 Ring Road and Brixham.
Straight over four sets of traffic lights, after two more sets of traffic lights along a dual carriageway turn left into Goodrington Road, just before Esso Garage. Continue for one mile, turn left by the Methodist Church (at the bottom of the hill), into Grange Road, past golf course, look for signpost for Hoburne Torbay.

We regret that bookings cannot be accepted for all-male or all-female parties of three or more, nor groups of unaccompanied teenagers, unless by prior arrangement. No pets are permitted on the park.
Please note that although most facilities are provided and included within the weekly tariff with no hideden extras, including gas/electric, you are requested to provide your own bed linen. However, if this is a problem, arrangements can be made to hire a linen pack from the shop on site, for a small fee.
